I have a passion for helping people of all shapes, sizes and ages reach their health and fitness goals. I use a variety of approaches/ modalities to keep things fun and interesting and help clients achieve a variety of goals from running their first race to losing weight. These include body weight exercise, medicine balls, swiss balls, resistance bands, high intensity intervals, free weights, and TRX to name a few. I value continued education and staying up to date on health, fitness and nutrition related knowledge.

I joined this club 2 years ago. There is no magic bullet, it's hard work and worth it if you stick to it. The mix of classes, cardio and strength training machines keeps it fresh. Re: the 2012 negative review, yes, there was one rather nasty staff member who left about a year ago, and all current staff are super supportive, pleasant and friendly now!
