FitSTA Fitness offers Personal Training for that individual attention, to obtain your goals. We also offer Bootcamp classes that are an hour long and include a warm-up, HIIT circuits, Abs and stretching! These short high intensity circuits are done to a timer so you work at your own pace within the allotted time with the exercise variation that is best for you. Workouts are for the entire body and incorporate weighted and body weight exercises to increase strength and improve your definition while working muscular endurance. There are many different class times available each week, register for the class times that suit you best. We also offer Yoga, our YogaFit (R) is a vinyasa style of yoga that links body movement and poses together with breath by flowing from one pose to the next. It is based both on tradition and exercise science creating a yoga practice that is for everybody. Classes are approx. 1 hour in length. Come and give a FitSTA Fitness class a try!
British Swim School offers swimming lessons for kids and adults, starting as early as 3 months. Located inside LA Fitness, we're open year-round and welcome both gym members and non-members. You can learn to swim when you’re ready and continue until you’ve mastered the skills. We use gentle teaching methods and a survival-first approach to help swimmers of all levels become safer and more confident in the water. Our safe, fun, and effective teaching methods have made us the preferred choice for parents and students for over 40 years. Our confidence-building curriculum and small group swimming classes provide a consistent format and structure with one-on-one attention for each swimmer. Private swimming lessons are subject to availability.
