Peer Outreach Support Services & Education (POSSE) is a FREE service providing training, street level outreach, information and support to encourage safer decision making in reducing the risks associated with drug use, sex, homelessness, violence and discrimination. POSSE is a harm reduction and human rights project, run by youth for youth between the ages of 15-24, living in Halton.
The Halton Hills Gymnastics Centre (HHGC) is a non-profit organization, dedicated to providing Halton Hills and surrounding communities with the opportunity to discover, explore and embrace the sport of gymnastics in a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment. HHGC Halton Hills Gymnastics Centre was established in 1977 and is celebrating its 37th year serving the community. It is a non-profit, volunteer led, professionally managed organization that depends heavily upon families supporting the Centre as well as on businesses of the community.
The mission of The Darling Home for Kids is to optimize the quality of the lives of children with life-limiting or life-threatening illness requiring complex and technology-dependent care. We do this by providing respite services and paediatric hospice care in a home-like environment to families within communities in Ontario.

Each team member has inspirational life stories. Each story is used to reach, empower and enlighten the hearts and minds of youth today so they can become the leaders of today and tomorrow. Through our stories, expertise and methodology, we have created many programs that have been proven to help youth make the necessary decisions that help move them towards success in their lives and in the community.
