Brenda Sanders, RMT offers almost 10 years' experience and the ability to provide a wide range of therapy from light spa relaxation to very deep tissue massage. She has experience with professional athletes, week-end warriors, post-surgical care, scar reduction, as well as, aches and pains from usual daily grind. Her yoga classes are designed to be accessible for ANY body and EVERY body keeping it doable for all shapes, sizes and level of ability. No pretzel poses taught, just feel good yoga to unwind chronic tension and stretch the body from head to toe in a way that feels good in your body.
