yoga et en pilates. Il est possible d’accéder à des séances privées, semi privées, en entreprise
ou chez des partenaires.
Sachant qu’il y a plusieurs sortes de yoga, Chantal, la fondatrice, a étudié la somato
psychopédagogie et la psychosociologie afin d’offrir un yoga unique. Elle prend le contenu de
ces savoirs et le transmet via son yoga afin d’accompagner les personnes qui participent aux
sessions.
Il est possible de recevoir aussi des massages yoga thaïlandais et d’obtenir des reçus
d’assurance ANQ (Association des Naturothérapeutes du Québec).
