I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Id like to thank Casey at the wireless department for helping me out. This guy deserves your business. He sold me and my girlfriend a phone a couple days ago, I wasnt exactly liking it because I wasnt used to it and the curved glass was weird. But he got into and figured out away for me to get into a phone more suited for me made it easy and am happy with my decision now thanks.
