After our home inspection found some mould in a house we were planning on buying, we called ServiceMaster to get a quote. Jeff Mancuso inspected the area in question and returned to us with the news. Rather than try to milk the sellers for extra cash, Jeff told us there really was no mold to speak of. It is nice to get an honest opinion from someone who has nothing to gain by being upfront. If ever we do discover a mold problem, ServiceMaster would be our first call.

After a water leak I had problems with mold, and I have to say the team from KBS handled themselves very professional, they arrived with all the latest equipment to verify where the mold was and did everything they said they would in a timely manner, overall I am very satisfied.

I would like to take this time to thank all the staff and workers at RENOVCO that made my renovation nightmare a breeze. I had hired an independent contractor to do my bathroom (what a mistake) 4 weeks into the renovations and very little was done and not done properly. I got fed up with chasing this guy and having teenagers in the house was not easy with our bathroom not working. I saw RENOVCO's T.V commercial and called them, they were very prompt in coming to see my project, the rep was amazing all my questions were answered and of course concerns going through this experience I was scared. They assured me that everything would go according to their planning, and it did their project manager was at my home everyday to make sure things were progressing as promised.
