We find that by having user friendly systems our clients will use their systems more, brag about them more, not get frustrated when using them, and enjoy them to their full potential.It was discovered that a major problem in dealing with big box stores was that all they really cared about was getting a box out the door. Their was no personal touch, the salesman never went to the customers house to see the application or the environment. At least 80% of our clients receive an in-home consultation so we can familiarize ourselves with the environment
