Superb service and outcomes. Made a huge mistake buying a Mini Countryman. The car was sucking more than $750/month. Overpriced Mini Ottawa did not demonstrate (to me) the expertise and any restraint when it came to expenses. In came Manny who found a cost effective solution delivered with confidence and TLC. I visited Little's on Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 to have my brake pads replaced and a belt squeak checked out. The management and the mechanics were professional and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and they were able to fix up the car very quickly and on short notice. The final amount was below what was quoted to me and the car is running great. Worth the drive out from Ottawa - I'll be back for sure. Definitely recommend!
