Since 1994, Russell Nursery has been supplying quality trees, shrubs and flowers. Come visit our North Saanich nursery, or give us a call today. Our staff would be happy to advise you on the best plant to suit your home. You can also find more details on our website.
We are a small specialist nursery, located in Brentwood Bay on Vancouver Island's Saanich Peninsula. We grow mainly perennials and roses. We propagate and grow perennials from seed and divisions from the gardens of ourselves and friends, and from across the world. We are not a mail order nursery and we do not ship plants. The main objective of this site is to help and educate anyone who is interested in plants, especially those plants that will grow in the Pacific Northwest in our wonderful and exciting climate that ranges from zones 7 to 9 (in a good year). Every now and then we get a nasty snap like the night in November 2006 when everything was so wet and drainage nonexistent and then it suddenly froze - a definite zone 9 killer.
