At Greenland, our roots are strong. In 1960, John Chichak started the company, specializing in lawn maintenance with a small garden centre in north Edmonton. In 1981, John's children - Deborah, Tim, Wayne, and son-in-law Rod, decided to build a garden centre that was to be a year round destination for gardening, home décor and so much more.
