No auto shop is perfect, Canadian Tire is no different. That said, not every shop will own up to that. Any time I’ve had a problem at CT, they’ve made sure to make it right again and there is definite value in that! It feels good to know you'll be looked after.

Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system. Resigned myself to having to go into the store to get an answer to my question. This morning I get a call from the store. They saw they missed a call from me and wanted to know how they could help! Upholstery has been a family tradition. My dad started in the upholstery trade in 1946 and was nominated as top tradesman by the chamber of commerce. Since starting with him in 1980, I learned on the job and give him all the credit for what I've achieved today. I relocated to Ottawa in 1994 and over the years I have served a large number of local car dealerships, marine retailers and industrial companies as well as the public.
