We hired their wheelchair accessible Taxi to transport a family member. We made the first reservation the day before; the taxi arrived at the set time. The next time we required their services we made the reservation two hours prior to the desired pickup time. Despite the ice and snow both days, both drivers respectfully and patiently picked up and transferred their wheelchair-bound client safely to and from the requested destinations. We are grateful Castlegar Taxi offers this service.

I have used there services a few times. They claim 24/7, and believe it or not, regardless of when I call, they answer. Sometimes have to wait a little while, because the size of the town means they only run one cab. There service has been great when I call. Hope they stay in business.
