Creating beautiful signs is a skill Jackie Shields began learning from her father when she was 16 years old and living in her native Ireland. After moving to Canada she attended George Brown College and graduated with a diploma in sign making.Jackie opened her first sign business in 1983, and in 2000 it evolved into Saugeen Signworks. She combines her sign-making skills with her artistry in graphic design to create beautiful, high-quality custom signs for all kinds of purposes.

Shelburne Memorials was established in 1888 and is owned and operated by the McBride family. Although Shelburne Memorials head office and manufacturing plant is located in Shelburne, Ontario, it now consists of 15 locations in Central Ontario to serve you better. Here at Shelburne Memorials, we use the latest and up-to date technology with computer software, sandblasting and laser etchings. However, we are skilled and trained in former monument reproduction with the use of hand drawn layouts and lead lettering to enable us to restore and match previous designed monuments. Our professional staff is very knowledgeable, talented and are proud of the distinctive memorials they produce. While cemetery memorials are still our primary focus, our product offerings have grown to include commemorative plaques, park benches, veterans' memorials, pet memorials and glass / wood / metal laser etchings.
