Very kind, friendly, prompt service. I took a shoe in to have the back sewed shut. He took it and did it immediately, and only charged me $3. I can't imagine why the other reviewer found him less than charming. I would certainly use his services again.

This is THE place to go for repairs and upgrades to your leather goods and bags. I brought my bag here and it was fixed up so well. I have no idea what the previous reviewers are talking about for service because all I got was excellent service from them. Theyre quick, friendly, considerate, and provide quality work. What else do you want???

I strongly recommend this place for those women whose shoes/ heels are rubbed off. They actually repair and touch up the heel in case it has been scrapped due to walking on pavement. The price is not expensive at all.
