I am a Certified Rolfer; I graduated from The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado in June of 2015. My years of experience as a yoga instructor and practitioner became very helpful in my understanding of the body and how it moves. Rolfing Structural Integration is a form of manual therapy and movement education that works with the body's fascia (connective tissue) in order to release, rebalance, and realign the entire structure. Dr. Ida Rolf developed the method over 50 years ago. She was a pioneer in the health field, and the first person to understand the important roll that the fascia plays in our bodies. Rolfing SI can help to reduce pain, increase flexibility, improve balance, and is an excellent compliment to many wellness practices.
