Have been a customer for a few years, storing my boat. Never a problem with the secure access, no matter the time of day. Recently sold the boat and was pleasantly surprised to have my monthly rent reduced..that was unexpected and only adds to the positive experience I ve had. We had a wonderful experience doing business with Access Storage. We moved to Sudbury from Toronto on a horribly snowy day.
