Fit Mind and Body Initiative (FMBI) is a community fitness service focusing on providing information on overall wellness with a focus on mental health awareness, physical well-being and the benefits of fitness on overall health.
Fit Mind and Body Initiative's primary aim is to promote overall wellness by providing seminars in the community on several matters that affect health. In addition techniques on how to stay active for the direct benefit of overall well-being are provided during specific workshops.
We are a service dedicated to provide information to the community on how exercise can help in achieving overall physical and mental wellness. FMBI provides wellness seminars as well group and individual training to keep the community active and discover the joy of exercise and inner strength.
