Hanover Raceway is celebrating their 56th Anniversary of pari-mutuel wagering in 2020. Our 15 race dates of free Live Harness Racing, begin on June 6th with a brand new post time of 2:00 PM. Hanover Raceway plays host to two major stake races annually, the Dream of Glory Trot for an estimated purse of $60,000 and The Balanced Image Trot Final for an estimated purse of $50,000. Since the beginning, the well being of horses has always been our focus. Darlene Hunderup's dedication to nutrition and education has guided the operation that exists today. It all started with sporting activities such as Dressage, Show Jumping, Cross-Country, Hunt Seat, Carriage Driving and Western Pleasure and since evolved into racing both American Quarter Horses and the classical Thoroughbred.
