Reduce stress, increase emotional wellbeing and improve your relationships. Whether in profound life challenge or seeking personal fulfillment I am focused, compassionate and will not judge. My practice in psychotherapy is guided by the belief that within every human being, couple, family and community there is a well-spring for healing. It is through the sense of being authentically listened to in the presence of those who offer strong yet open-hearted vulnerability that a process of trust in one’s own guiding wisdom is free to emerge. When working with parents and their children or with couples my focus is on helping to heal the bonds between loved ones. We have nothing without relationship and when we no longer need to hide we are free to become. Psychotherapy creates the space where we are invited to tap into the well-spring of wisdom our own emotional world can offer.
I am a clinical and health psychologist offering services in Treaty 7 territory, at Banff, a place of awe-inspiring beauty, with a rich cultural and natural heritage.
People have long been drawn to Banff and the Canadian Rockies for the region's restorative and inspirational potential. I encourage individuals I work with to explore often over-looked curative and coping resources easily within their reach, including the power of place.
Whether you are a visitor, a local, or here for a season of adventure, Banff offers many opportunities to enhance your therapeutic experience.
