The tour was very short .trying to see where the wine was made but the lights were off I did not see nothing.. four samples of wine which is very very small. For the cost of $10. Little bit more wine would have been worth it.

I am Ross Patterson, and I am the 'The Noodle Guy.' I have been in the food and hospitality industry for most of my adult life, working in kitchens and dining rooms in Ontario and Nova Scotia and teaching food and beverage courses to audiences of all levels. I am passionate about making good food and about making people happy with food. I've been making pasta for family and friends for fun for years, and decided to 'turn pro' in the spring of 2010 with a stand at the Wolfville Farmers' Market. The shop in Port Williams opened in the spring of 2011. The response and support from our customers has been overwhelming! Hardly a day goes by without a customer telling us that it's the best pasta they've ever had.
