We took our dog here after he got into some mouse poison when we first moved into our new cottage. Once we brought him there they did a full check on him and the mouse poison, determined that the specific type wasn't as harmful to dogs as to rodents. He turned out to be fine. But these veterinarians were the most friendly and caring I have dealt with and treated our little guy with so much love. We felt very comfortable with him in their hands.

Wonderful people there. So caring not only with my pets but to us as well. We recrntly had to put one of our dear dogs to sleep & they were so sensative to our feelings. They cried right along with us. Would not take our pets anywhere else.

We just recently had to put our beloved Bihler to rest. He was a mastiff 4 years young. The staff was awesome I think I called almost everyday with questions concerning his cancer diagnosis. They answered every question. There are angels that walk amonst us, when the day came Leanne and Amy came to our house we all 4 sat on the floor with Bihler, loving and reassuring him until his last breath. Thank You for your compassion.

Over the last five years GBMVS has grown into a full time venture that provides Veterinary care to over 1200 clients, which is about 2000 four legged patients, all spread over the countryside from Wasaga Beach to Honey Harbour. We have grown to a team of 4 staff members.I love exploring the beautiful area we live in, and getting to see all the special places that our clients and patients call home! I have wanted to be a veterinarian for as long as I can remember, and to make that happen I attended the University of Guelph. Before graduating with my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1996, I received my Honors Bachelor of Science in Toxicology. Upon graduation from the Ontario Veterinary College, I worked in a busy mixed animal practice where I gained a lot of 'real world' experiences in medicine and surgery of both small and large animal practice.
