I finally found a jewellery store that is excellent in Welland. Their goldsmith is very knowledgeable and explains what and why he chooses to repair any piece a certain way. The staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable about jewellery and their merchandise. The jewellery there is very unique and they have a wide variety of styles.

Super pleased at the fine craftsmanship performed on a ring of mine. I was told years ago that it couldn’t be made larger, not so. Penners had my ring made two sizes larger and it fits like it was custom made. Absolutely thrilled with this shops ability to get the job done to perfection.
I also had a necklace re-strung, knotted between each bead. Once again, came back better than ever. I can 100% recommend Penners to anyone looking for jewelry repair or a new piece to have and to hold.
