The Swift Current Community Youth Initiative is driven by a passion to address the needs of youth today. We strive to make youth related resources, programs and counseling readily available, affordable and easily accessible. It is estimated that only 1 in 5 at risk youth will initiate seeking help. The goal of the SCCYI is to provide an environment and build relationships with youth that would see them finding the help that they need in a safe and fun environment.
Fresh Start was established in 1999 as an outreach ministry of East Side Church of God . Fresh Start established itself, and remains a vibrant outreach ministry within the City of Swift Current. Due to significant growth, it became necessary for Fresh Start to become its own entity.

TenancyWelcome!Prince Albert Literacy Network is a group of agencies, interested citizens and learners that promotes and supports literacy and family literacy in the Prince Albert community. Members meet monthly to discuss current activities, plan future initiatives and share information. Network members work together to obtain funding through provincial and national grants and to oversee the projects supported by the grants. Training and support is provided for literacy and family literacy facilitators and community agencies.
