The Factory Optical group was established in 1983 in Regina, Saskatchewan, operating exclusively as a wholesale manufacturer of prescription lenses for independent Opticians and Optometrists. As the 80's came to an end, our focus turned to retail with the establishment of our first Factory Optical superstore, on Victoria Avenue in Regina. Present Management acquired the Company in 1999 and has since driven it to 2,100% growth and the establishment of a sister-company in Alberta - Optiks International.
