The assistant who helped me at Kanata Opticians (150 Katimavik) was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. When I asked if I could get my current frames fitted with new lenses, she assured me that was possible (always a small risk that frames can be damaged, though) because my frames were in excellent condition. My new glasses were delivered promptly, and they were perfectly done.
Even though I live 40 km west of this business, I will gladly make the trip again if I need their services.

My experience at Kanata Opticians, 150 Katimavik Dr., was excellent. The facilities were clean and well laid out. The assistant who helped me was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful in verifying my prescription, and had no problem with my using my current frames, unlike other businesses. My new lenses were perfect, and the order was filled quickly.
Even though this business is 40 km away from my home, I will gladly drive the distance for such great service!
