Rod previously had been employed throughout natural gas compression and the transportation industry, his training initially implemented with Nova Gas Transmission Corporation primarily developed through 15 years directly as a Millwright subsequently into Lead Hand position in charge of a maintenance crew. Rod was also on the employee relations council, placed there on behalf of the members on his team in part to relay and govern decisions that may very well have affected relations between maintenance and management.
