Our mental health programs are centered on the person, one’s capacity for self-determination and one’s belief in its potential to undertake a process of recovery marked by hope. The strengths-based approach aims to help people to locate and provide the range of personal and environmental resources they need to live, play and work interdependently in the community. This approach facilitates the discovery of healthy and desirable niches that encourage self-realization and satisfaction regarding what we live.
Montfort Renaissance, a Francophone organization, offers a continuum of community services in both official languages to improve the health and well-being of its clienteles.
Welcome to my page. My name is Karine Langley and I have been a psychotherapist for 30 years. I am a registered psychotherapist with the province of Ontario. My experiences involved my work in the prison system, offering therapeutic sentencing for individuals facing problems with the law, working within the Canadian Navy and most recently as an employee assistance therapist.
We all have moments when life throws us a curve ball. Why should we face these difficult times alone? In those moments, you need someone to listen, to really listen. With attention, empathy, compassion and without judgment. It’s when you need someone who will help you find your way back to your own solutions, your own strengths and sense of balance.
