My counselling practice focuses on Marriage Counselling and helping Individuals with Depression, Anxiety (all types), Eating Disorders and Trauma Symptoms. I am very dedicated to my profession. I use Cognitive Behavoural Therapy (CBT), Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), Mindfulness, and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and Certified Gottman Couples Therapist (CGT): I have practiced as a Counsellor for over 17 years. I have a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (UBC). My office is in the heart of Richmond, BC., Canada.
