The The Shop was incredible to work with! I had outstanding customer service from everyone I spoke with. The showroom had beautiful samples to pick from and they were able to accomodate my timeline. I also received my quote on the same day as requested and had follow up within a few business days. I love the finished product and am beyond happy with my choice. Thank you to The Top Shop. The Old Barn Polished Stone Creations was founded by Ted Hunter in early 2004. Ted was looking for a new challenge after “retiring” from his successful Plumbing and Heating business. While on vacation with his wife Brenda they toured a granite quarry, and Ted became interested in the industry. In 2006 Ted’s son Reay joined the team at The Old Barn. Reay had previously worked in the radio industry, but missed working with his hands and decided to change career paths when the opportunity presented itself. The Old Barn was an active farm until 2003, when Ted purchased the house and barn from his mother and step-father.
