This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. When I have been there for service, they're friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.. Thanks to manager Ron for today's service, and careful explanation about some additional care for my Bronco. A new loyal customer!! Twice I have gone to Jiffy Lube. Both times two different gentlemen said that even though that dates were right on my reminder sticker , it was not time as I had not driven it around enough. All looked good and all I needed was a top up. Each time I left paying for just that. They could have charged me the full deal twice, I would be none the wiser. That honesty has me as a loyal customer! Highly recommend!!
