While our corporate headquarters is located in Drayton, we also have offices in Palmerston, Clifford and Harriston and service the Minto and Mapleton communities.Using an interdisciplinary team approach to health promotion, prevention and chronic disease management, the FHT provides services promoting healthy lifestyle to improve your mental and physical well being.
