Continuing in this tradition, with the key focus on quality and maintaining their parent's vision, Alexi and Iani have successfully taken over the Anatoli's and have brought the restaurant to a whole new level. Anatoli's is able to deliver the time honoured tradition of friends, family and food. Alexis has been serving authentic Greek cuisine for more than three decades. When they moved to Cambie Street in the fall of 2008, many longtime customers happily followed. This family-owned restaurant serves home-style cooking, with generous portions at very reasonable prices. It's hard to imagine anyone leaving here hungry! Alexis' atmosphere is more relaxed urban chic than the stucco-and-beams décor of many Greek restaurants. Located beside the Park Theatre, it's a great place for dinner before the show. Or, visit afterwards for a cold beer or glass of wine and some sharing plates with friends. These small plates, known as 'meze', are a nice, lighter option, ideal for larger groups so everyone can try a lot of different dishes. There are plenty of vegetarian, seafood, and meat options.
