Infinite Granite did our kitchen over 3 years ago. The process from sale to install was excellent. We were extremely pleased. Now after 3 years our sink became detached. I was a little concerned if they would warranty their work after so long. Sent them an email in the morning, Steve arrived in the afternoon and re-installed the sink. Unbelievable service. Matrix Marble and Stone are quarries and fabricators of natural stone. Our quarries are located on Vancouver Island and our factory is located in Duncan, BC, Canada.
We ask that you do not rush us, since natural stone work often requires extra care and attention during the fabrication process. Trying to speed things up will only result in sub-standard quality – and is not what you are paying for. We do realize that schedules are important, so we always work towards keeping a tight schedule, but not all projects can be completed within a dedicated time frame due to material type and size of project.
