I was asking about a blocked toilet, back flow preventer valve and a water alarm. Tina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me a guesstimate price range, not actually seeing the job. That will help immensely on our budget. I did try the two local plumbers in Coaldale but they only use voice mail. I prefer to talk to humans. Especially if they have a sense of humour. When we need professional help, we will call on a company that seems to believe in their name “Service”!
