My dress needed a ton of work including hemming and taking in. I knew it was not going to be an easy task considering the amount of detail on the dress but she did it all in just 4 weeks!! I would absolutely recommend Tam to anyone!!

The suit I needed wasn't available in my size the day I came in. Despite this, my customer consultant Harmanvir accurately sized me up using available clothes so I could place a timely order. There was trouble supplying the right size suit pants, but each step of the way Harmanvir kept me in the loop and arranged for the best possible outcome. In the end she got me exactly the right size, and was a delight to work with. It's rare to have someone work so proactively for my benefit.

My wife and I rented the tuxedo's for our wedding from this location - they let us try things on and experiement with different colors. They helped us put together the order for our very large Bridal Party that were all over the country and assured us that they could all go and get measured in other locations or an offliated store. This is one of the major reasons we picked them. They have so many locations and a large warehouse - so you can almost guarentee that they will have the sizes and styles you want almost all the time. Everything came in about 6 days early - there was only one small issue with the ring bearers pants being too short - they fixed the issue right away and everything worked out. I have recommended a lot of other friends of ours to go there - however I have heard not great things about the customer service at the North Store - so I would recommend making the trip to this one.

My Daughter was looking for a Grad dress, and this was our first stop. They were so friendly, and helpful, the store is beautiful, and very clean. She tried on a dress, went to another store, and ended up coming back to Rococo for the very first dress she tried on. It is beautiful, great quality, and good prices. Thank you Rococo, for helping my daughter find her perfect Grad dress!! I will definitely be back in 2 years with my next daughter.
