Je cherchais un fleuriste à distance pour envoyer des fleurs à ma belle-maman, car nous n'habitons pas dans la même région que cette dernière. J'ai trouvé sur Google le Fleuriste St-Agapit, et bien que je ne savais trop si c'était un bon endroit, j'ai pris la chance de téléphoner. J'ai été agréablement surprise par l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, Stéphanie, qui s'est tout de suite chargée de répondre à ma demande. De plus, j'étais contente, car ils pouvaient livrer les fleurs chez belle-maman, qui habite dans une autre petit village des alentours, et ce, juste à temps pour le dimanche de la Fête des Mères (même si nous étions déjà le vendredi après-midi)! Pour les fleurs, j'ai laissé le soin à Stéphanie de choisir, car en lui parlant, j'ai tout de suite su qu'elle saurait monter un beau bouquet de fleurs qui saurait plaire à belle-maman. Son attitude professionnelle m'indiquait également que je n'avais pas à craindre de payer par carte de crédit au téléphone, ce que j'évite havituellement de faire à distance. Enfin, je n'ai pas eu à me soucier si belle-maman allait être à la maison au moment de la livraison, car ils appellent les personnes avant de livrer et confirment leur adresse avec eux. Somme toute, ce fleuriste offre un beau service clé en main, et le mien était signé par le sourire dans la voix de Stéphanie!
On me dit aussi qu'elle prépare souvent les fleurs pour les mariages... C'est bon à savoir. Bon, pour moi, ce ne sera pas pour cet été, mais qui sait, peut-être un jour, il est encore temps d'espérer ;-)
