CrossFit Kids is a training program that aims to first get kids moving. This course enables young people to develop these cognitive, neurological and motor skills in a fun environment. This comprehensive approach enables young people to develop many physical abilities, including endurance, flexibility, speed, agility and coordination. These skills are developed in a safe environment with certified coaches.
We have something for everyone! Beginner Bounce offers an introduction to bouncing with a variety of routines that will guarantee to get you to want to experience more. Bounce Party is where you are guaranteed a more intense-cardio and strength workout that will make the sweat drip down your back.
