I will never, and I mean NEVER, get a brazilian by anyone else! She is so fast yet efficient. She gets every hair (seriously, she is like a waxing wizard) and she always makes sure I am comfortable...given the circumstances ;)
I had to use 2 other estheticians recently because of scheduling conflicts, and they simply do not compare. They took almost triple the time, left hair behind, and a ton of breakage. When Audra says she is the Queen of Brazilians, everybody better bow down!

Friendly and welcoming staff who greet you by name; clean environment. A great place to relax and enjoy. There are around 5 tanning beds (lights are changed frequently and rooms are always clean) and a red light bed which promotes good skin and mental health. There is also a lash studio on the premises and the technicians do a beautiful job! Highly recommend Fabutan Northills

Customer Service is of prime importance to not only the owner/operator, but all of her staff. They answer any questions and take their time, so you are comfortable.

After trying many many salons in Vernon, Knotty Nelly's will become part of my routine. My first visit last Saturday was excellent. My hair cut was great aned the stylist actually provided some good advice on how to cut my hair (I am not an expert so look to the stylists for advice). The shop was clean and fun. I inquired about threading during my cut and they managed to fit me in right after my cut was finished. Threading was great. Price was really good too - I will be back!
