Since the new owners have taken over the gym has become truly amazing. It was nice and clean before, but now there are more classes, the staff feel like extended members of family and its a place that I feel incredibly comfortable. Would recommend AF Welland to anyone looking for a safe place to work out and take care of themselves.

Hands down best gym by far! Joy is extremely motivational and determined to get you where you want to be. Joy will continue to raise your limits and challenge you. The facility is so cozy and fun you won’t want to leave. I a matter of two months I’ve lost 30lbs, thanks to Joy!!!?
