A CGD is an organization that assists enterprises and institutions in the development of management plans for travel and the establishment of sustainable transport measures as required. September CGD currently share Quebec. The Association of Travel Management Centres of Quebec (ACGDQ (http://www.acgdq.com/html/mission.html) ) houses Centres transportation management in the province of Quebec to ensure, in a sustainable development, advancement and promotion of sustainable transport, sustainable mobility and their expertise. GREEN Ride is CGD Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec. GREEN Ride offers its expertise in transportation management and sustainable transportation employers and municipalities in the region. Commissioned by the Ministry of Transport of Quebec, September CGD are spread throughout the province.

Lake Témiscouata and the Madawaska River and throughout the watershed have shaped the lives of people who live there. Today, these rivers are facing new challenges and new pressures. The watershed of Lake Temiscouata and the Madawaska River (3000 km2) flows into the St. John River, which empties into the large marine ecosystem of the Bay of Fundy / Gulf of Maine.
