Since February 2010 , Diffusion Saguenay is recognized as the premier organization for dissemination of performing arts in the territory of the city of Saguenay . Over the past three years, several important steps have been taken including the achievement of the organization and recognition of major broadcaster by the Ministry of Culture and Communications. Strategic positions were allocated to resources that were working in three broadcasters recognized in the territory of Saguenay.
