It currently has 12 coaches and works with a variety of clients ranging from Olympians to those looking to improve general health and wellness. Active Life Conditioning is a new concept for Collingwood area residents. The Training Centre provides a facility for athletes and anyone looking to accomplish their fitness goals through a coach based system.
