Sérieusement c’est une très bonne école de self défense et de combat, de très bonne technique avec le respect dû au art martiaux. Je recommande vivement cette école pour tout type d’objectif, perdre du poids (j’en ai perdu), gagné en confiance en soi, apprendre à se défendre et à défendre autrui et plein d’autre truc.
