Best Dry Cleaner in Victoria area! Excellent with even your most delicate wardrobe pieces. Chocolate sauce was accidentally spilled down the front of a very expensive powder pink coat. I made the mistake of trying club soda on the stain. Now I had water stains too. After an exhaustive review of the dry cleaners of Victoria, I went to see Lewis at James Quality Cleaners.
