In 2002, the Academy of Dance opened its doors under the artistic direction of Krista Faraday. In a short period of time the studio grew into a busy and fun location for students of all ages.Throughout the years the Academy has participated in many community events, along with competing in the Kamloops Festival of the Performing Arts as well as attending many dance conventions. The studio holds a very knowledgeable staff who keep their training current and challenging. We hold 2 shows throughout the dance year. Our winter recital is held in December and our big year end performance at the Sagebrush Theatre at the end of May. Both performances give our students a chance to show off their hard work!
