On the 21st of September 2009 Raymond Arnold Collison a Chesterville area resident, was reported missing to the SD&G OPP and had not been seen for three weeks. On the 17th of April 2014 human remains were located in a culvert on Thompson & Steen Road. Through the use of DNA testing, Police were able to identify the remains to be that of Raymond Arnold Collison. Autopsy revealed that he was the victim of a homicide. Remember we don't need your name, you will remain anonymous, we don't have call display, you don't have to appear in court, you could also be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2000.
