Fresh sourdough bread, Port Hope's best coffee roasted on premise, lots of tasty treats, sandwiches, soups, salads, and more! We also offer a good selection of vegan items! If you like fresh bread, soft pretzels, cinnamon buns, croissants, pastries, muffins, cookies, nanaimo bars, brownies, date squares, salted chocolate bars, or any other baked good, we've got something you'll like. Stop in for an all-day breakfast sandwich on one of our house-made thyme rolls, or grab a sandwich on our sourdough bread. And, of course, coffee! We roast all of our coffee in-house, and have 6 different regular blends plus rotating specialty selections. Get a latte, cappuccino, cortado... whatever tickles your fancy! Our baristas make all of our flavoured syrups in-house with natural ingredients.

We bake three styles of shortbread to fit every occasion, our famous savoury shortbread cookies, pure dessert shortbread cookies, and our incredible "Typsy" shortbread made with the all natural essences of your favorite liqueurs. We are "artisan" in our approach. None of our products contain any hydrogenated or tropical oils. We don’t do trans fats either. We don’t include artificial flavorings or preservatives. When we bake with only pure ingredients, we deliver all natural, locally sourced flavors with intense, real taste. That means an ingredient list you can both understand and trust. Judy Garden, at Decadent Cakes in Cobourg, is a highly skilled Pastry Chef who inherited her passion for cakes and desserts from her mother. Following her mother's footsteps, she makes everything from scratch, using fresh and, if possible, locally sourced ingredients.
