Westwood Community Church is nestled in the heart of the Tri-Cities, in the vibrant, growing city of Coquitlam, BC. We are a dynamic, multi-cultural and multi-generational family of believers and we encourage every person to explore and embrace a relationship with Christ, and to impact their community and world for Christ. We meet together on Sunday mornings, but we also have mid-week services for youth young adults, small groups and much more.

We all know it can be a little intimidating to try something new, but we also know it can be incredibly rewarding. When Leo Tolstoy first opened a Bible and read about Jesus he exclaimed, 'I discovered a new world!' At Eagle Ridge we don't have all the answers to the big questions of life, but we are convinced that there is a Source from which the most important answers flow. God knows us, and wants us to know him through Jesus Christ who invites us into a life-changing relationship with him.

To invite people into a deepening relationship with God so as to raise up disciples of Jesus Christ who make a difference in the world. We envision Eagle Ridge United Church as a congregation marked by a clear and intentional process of deepening and maturing the discipleship of everyone from inquirers and new Christians to mature and practicing followers of Jesus.

Welcome to the Anglican Church of St Laurence in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada, on-line. St. Laurence is an active and joyful community, welcoming all ages and including singles and families of all types. We are one of the churches in the Diocese of New Westminster that has been given permission to bless same gender unions. We are people seeking the divine, through the lens of the knowledge and wisdom of our own time in history. We encourage questions and an understanding of the bible that, as Marcus Borg says, is historical and metaphorical rather than literal.
