Over-rated. Everyone loves this place, but I find the menu quite boring. I guess because its the most expensive place in town, people think its "fine dining".
Yes, its a good resturant. But its not the best.
The staff do try to offer great service because they can earn the big tips.
But they usually tend to stick the younger staff downstairs (lounge) and it shows.

Tito’s was named by the 2 original Lebanese owners in 2007. This name was derived from the Arabic movie “Titos”. In August 2008 it was purchased by a Palestinian with roots in mechanical engineering. Mr. Mazen Assaf, a Jordanian who was born and raised in Kuwait and got his education in the States.
He was passionate about food and cooking while he was studying and then he was laid-off from his engineering position here in G.P. when the economy got really bad. After a lot of challenges Tito’s Bistro & Cafe’ was born again and kept growing in popularity among the Grande Prairie ethnic food lovers.
